1. Return Window

We accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (order ID or receipt).

2. Eligible Reasons for Return

• Item received in damaged or broken condition
• Wrong item delivered (not what you ordered)
• Item is defective or not as described
• Incomplete order (missing items)

Items returned for any other reason (change of mind, ordered by mistake) may be subject to a restocking fee or may not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

1. Email us at franchise@sriyagnaa.com with your order ID and reason for return.
2. Attach a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
3. Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions.
4. Pack the item securely and ship it using the courier details provided.

4. Return Shipping

Return shipping is free of charge for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Sri Yagnaa will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a pickup. For other returns, the customer bears the shipping cost.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. UPI/bank transfer refunds may take an additional 2–3 days depending on your bank.

6. Non-Returnable Items

• Perishable pooja items (flowers, prasad, food offerings)
• Customised or personalised items made to order
• Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
